The right fit
A temporary restroom should match the site, not just the calendar
Portable toilet rental is a logistics job before it is a delivery. We need to know where the unit will sit, who will use it, how long it will remain, and whether a service truck can reach it. A flat, firm location near the work area usually makes the cleanest setup. Older Ledyard properties can have tight side yards, stone walls, steep approaches, or driveways shared with neighbors. Those details affect placement and servicing. We confirm driveway clearance and protect pavement before every container placement, and we bring the same care to restroom delivery. If the only possible location is a public street, tell us early so we can discuss whether the city typically requires a right-of-way permit.
Rural Ledyard projects often have space for a restroom but not an easy route to it. A long lane, a tight gate or a soft shoulder can decide where a unit can go. We ask about the approach, the surface and whether the service truck can turn around before choosing a spot near the work.
Troy Porta Potty Rental has served since 2015 and has delivered 4,679+ containers. Portable toilets are one of our secondary service lines, so we keep the process direct: call, describe the job, and let us sort out the unit type, placement, servicing, and removal. We also provide dumpster rental and junk removal when the same project produces debris. That does not mean a dumpster belongs on every job. If your main need is a restroom for a short renovation, the portable unit is the cleaner answer. If you are only removing cabinets, flooring, or household contents, a dumpster may be the cheaper service. We will tell you which one fits.
